Setup Form

The setup form is used to set the name of the meet and other meet parameters.

Overview

Click on the File menu, then Setup menu to open the form. Enter the name of the meet in the Meet name text box. Enter the number of top scores to be used in calculating each team score. There is a separate text box for men and women. Click on the Ok button when ready.

Objects

Database textbox

Displays the folder and name of the current database file.

Meet name textbox

Enter the name of the meet. This name is printed on all of the reports.

Men textbox

The team score is calculated by adding the top n scores for each of the six events for each team. N is usually the top 3 scores.

Women textbox

The team score is calculated by adding the top n scores for each of the four events for each team. N is usually the top 3 scores.

Ok button

Click to accept changes and close the form.

Cancel button

Click to close form without making any changes.
