Enter Gymnasts

You may enter gymnasts for any school which has been entered into the database. If the Gymnast/team entry dialog box is not already open, you may open it by clicking on the File menu then Gymnast/team entry.

Using the Gymnast data fields, select the team by the school initials, select the gender, enter the name, and check each event in which the gymnast will compete. Click on the Add button. The gymnast is added to the data file and the dialog box is cleared for the next entry.

Now that gymnasts have been entered into the data file the main form becomes extremely powerful. It is suggested that whoever is going to enter the scores and print the reports take time to become familiar with this before the meet.
